We provide a personal service when drafting Wills, taking full and detailed instructions and crafting a bespoke Will for our clients’ various needs. We take the time to ensure that the Will is drafted and is suitable and specific to our clients’ needs. We regularly encourage our clients to update these very important documents throughout the course of their lives, as their needs and circumstances change.

We have considerable experience of extracting Letters of Administration in the deceased’s estate where there has been no Will prepared. Furthermore, we assist Executors in dealing with every aspect of the estate of a deceased, to ensure that the wishes of the deceased are met entirely. We attempt, insofar as we can, to deal with all such estates as efficiently and promptly as possible.

We also have considerable experience in assisting executors to wills and leading them through the entire process of proving the will, filing the necessary papers with the probate office and the office of the revenue commissioners and dealing with the clearance from the Fair deal scheme. We also assist executors in the drawing down of the assets of the deceased and discharging the necessary liabilities along with the distribution of the balance estate in accordance with the wishes of the deceased.
